WINTER ACTIVITIES
Snowshoeing Four (4) trails of different levels (easy to intermediate) are set up for snowshoeing, covering distances from 0.7 to 20 km.
Fatbike Eight (8) trails designed for fatbiking (levels from easy to expert), as well as a training track to practice and make the most of your ride. Distances range from 1.5 to 22 km. A helmet is MANDATORY.
Ski Hok Seven (7) trails set up for ski hok (levels from easy to intermediate), covering distances from 1.5 to 17 km.
Hiking Only the obstacle-free Kéroul no.2 trail, which is 1.3 km long, and the ABI no.3 trail, which is 1.2 km long (round trip), are accessible by boots.
Cross-country skiing (Ste-Gertrude Entrance) One (1) trail specially set up for cross-country skiing on a loop of just over 7 km.

OFFRE D’ACTIVITÉS ESTIVALES
Randonnée pédestre
Six (6) sentiers de différents niveaux (facile à intermédiaire) aménagés pour la raquette. Le tout parcourant de 0,7 à 20 km.
Vélo de montagne
Neuf (9) sentiers aménagés pour le vélo de montagne (niveaux faciles à experts) ainsi qu’une piste d’entraînement pour se pratiquer afin de mieux profiter de votre randonnée. Le tout parcourant 0,5 à 24 km. Le casque est OBLIGATOIRE.
Géocaching
Le géocaching est un loisir qui consiste à utiliser la technique du géopositionnement par satellite (GPS) pour rechercher ou dissimuler des « caches » ou des « géocaches », dans divers endroits. Cette activité pratique le sens de l’observation, de l’orientation. Elle se veut une activité éducative qui vous motive à dépasser vos limites !

Le Parc est doté d’une belle flotte de vélos d’équilibre permettant aux enfants, âgés entre 3 et 6 ans, de pratiquer ce sport en pleine nature, et ce, dans des sentiers adaptés pour eux.

Déjà équipé d’un sentier à petits obstacles (pump track), aimé de tous les enfants, c’est la piste idéale pour favoriser le développement de la motricité, l’équilibre, et ce, tout en s’amusant. Le Parc offre une activité exclusive aux les groupes scolaires, de garderie ou camps de jour afin d’encourager la pratique du vélo dès un bas âge, ce qui encouragera le goût de bouger, de se déconnecter des appareils électroniques et favorisera l’estime de soi. Le vélo peut être un sport, il peut également s’avérer un passe-temps, un divertissement, voire même devenir une passion. Ultimement, nous espérons que ces jeunes auront la piqûre et les influencer à développer de saines habitudes de vie.
